Hello Everyone from Fethiye!

Hello to everyone from Fethiye, which fascinates everyone with its sea, land, sun and history!

I grew up in a family that has been growing its own vegetables and fruits with their own hands and labor for generations in the fertile lands of this region. I understood the importance of local production and local crops thanks to the fact that my beloved father Servet Erdoğan, the founder of the Servet brand, started farming at a young age and passed on his rich knowledge and experience in this field to us since our childhood.

We have been doing our family business in Fethiye since the 1980s. We produce Turkish delight, halva and tahini. Our journey of searching for the best and freshest of nuts, fruits and spices goes back 30 years. What makes a Turkish delight, halva or tahini good is of course craftsmanship and experience. In our opinion, the first thing to consider is that it has a natural and very clean content, is made from natural fruits grown in our region, we use plenty of nuts and all of these are fresh.

We have become the first in Fethiye with our Turkish delights made with real fruits and our special spices prepared in a completely natural way, without using salt or sugar, without any heat treatment, by combining many spices such as natural thyme, rosemary, and sweet pepper powder.

When my father Servet Erdoğan visited fairs abroad in the 1990s, he encountered the qualified production and organic product trend that was just starting in the world at that time. He met completely organic content such as organic date juices and organic apple juices. After this meeting, he started R&D studies for natural, nutritious, and taste-friendly flavors. Afterwards, many healthy and light snacks such as sugar-free croquants, pastes, and halvahs were added to our Servet flavors. As the first sugar-free product producer, we can say that he started the second first in Turkey.

Over the years, my father's experiences, my engineering knowledge, my brother's interest in production, and our trade both domestically and internationally have brought our Servet brand to where it is today. We continue to produce with excitement by combining all the pieces. We always do our job with a smile, meticulously and with satisfaction. Since the first day we started, we have increased both our Turkish delight varieties and our spice varieties with your intense interest. Now we have become a business with five branches. We carry out all production in our own workshop, in our production facility that has ISO 22000, ISO 9001, TSE and Halal Certificates. In 2015, we received the International Superior Taste Award from the International Taste and Quality Institute in Brussels, Belgium. We currently export to all over the world. We deliver orders from Turkey and abroad, such as Dubai, Germany and England, via the internet.
