Its primary aim is to improve itself through continuous improvement efforts and to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by effectively using the Food Safety and Quality Management System in all production and service processes.
Within the framework of the food safety and quality management system, to meet legal requirements, to meet occupational health and safety requirements, to establish and maintain the necessary systems, to meet customer demands and satisfaction, to continuously improve systems, to carry out activities aimed at continuously improving food safety, food authenticity and quality culture with the leadership of the top management and the participation of all employees.
In line with these purposes,
- To ensure that our employees adopt and implement the quality, food safety management system, and customer satisfaction management system requirements, and to provide the necessary training to increase their competence,
- To prevent problems before they arise by keeping all stages and dangers under control in the chain from the input product to the final product reaching the end consumer,
- To ensure standardization and sustainability in all our flows by following sectoral technology,
- To operate in compliance with all laws, respecting social values, sensitive to the environment and human health,
- Recycling and proper separation of waste to minimize environmental pollution,
- To carry out effective purchasing activities by being in constant communication with suppliers, to continuously improve the performance indicators of our business processes in line with the goals of quality, food safety, environmental protection, occupational health and safety.
