Quality and Food Safety Policy
*SERVET ŞEKERLEME; manufactures handmade products by adding an innovative perspective to traditional flavors with simple ingredients such as tahini halva, tahini, Turkish delight, or bars made from fresh nuts. Its primary aim is to continuously improve itself by effectively utilizing the Food Safety and Quality Management System in all production and service processes, and to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level.
Within the framework of the food safety and quality management system, the company aims to meet legal requirements, comply with occupational health and safety conditions, establish and maintain necessary systems, ensure customer satisfaction, continuously improve systems, and carry out activities aimed at the continuous improvement of food safety, food authenticity, and quality culture, with the leadership of top management and the participation of all employees.
In line with these objectives,
- To ensure that our employees adopt and implement the quality, food safety management system, and customer satisfaction management system requirements, and to provide the necessary training to enhance their competence,
- To prevent problems before they arise by keeping every stage of the chain, from raw materials to the final product reaching the consumer, and potential hazards under control,
- To ensure standardization and sustainability in all our processes by following sectoral technology,
- To operate with respect for societal values, sensitivity to the environment and human health, and adherence to all laws,
- To minimize environmental pollution through recycling and proper waste separation,
- To produce in accordance with Islamic conditions,
- To carry out effective purchasing activities through continuous communication with suppliers, and to continuously improve the performance indicators of our business processes in line with quality, food safety, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety goals,
