How is Servet Tahini produced?
We first clean our carefully selected sesame seeds. Then we roast them at 90 degrees and grind them in a stone mill. If you roast good sesame seeds incorrectly, the vitamins, minerals and nutritional values in them will be lost and their flavor will be spoiled. For this reason, we keep the temperature limit at 90 degrees.
Additive-free, preservative-free
Since Fethiye sesame is produced in limited quantities, we can also produce limited quantities of handmade tahini. We produce Servet Tahini with Servet care, without going through any industrial processes and without using any additives or preservatives.
